the process
When you decided to do this your roadmap will look something like this. Of course, not much can be said about the duration of the program because this is highly personal but I will make sure you get all the tools and support you’ll need to recover as quickly as possible and responsible.
1.
the pressure of the boiler
The first thing we need to do is release the pressure and make room for recovery. We will look at where you are now and what you need. I will advise you on what to do with regard to work and how to speed up your recovery immediately.

making room
I will give you advice based on the seriousness of your situation. In most cases, that will be calling in sick and staying sick until you're really ready to go back to work. It is important to create space for recovery first. You are heavily overloaded so we must first ensure that you can focus on what is important, your recovery, without worry, without pressure and without stress.

to upload
Now that you have created space, we can focus on recovery. You are somewhat reassured, you have been given space from your work and can finally start to relax. Your body and mind are overloaded but if we do the right things you will see that your vitality returns quickly. By means of lifestyle guidelines in the field of sleep, relaxation, exercise and nutrition, we will support the natural recovery capacity of your body.

reflection
As soon as you can breathe normally again and you start to see the light again, you will see that you can think more clearly and start to look back. Then it is time for reflection. This is a very important process because there are always lessons in burnout and often those insights lead to good things in the future. By means of reflection and self-development assignments I will help you convert this unpleasant experience into personal growth. From this phase we come to the last phase.

action
You have gained insight into why you got burned out, what works and what doesn't and what you need to do now to possibly change that. You may already be reintegrating or are discussing this with your employer. Who knows, maybe you're thinking about a completely different career and you're already thinking about it. This is the time when you step back into life and take action. Burnout is not fun, but it is often the beginning of great personal growth and can be the beginning of a beautiful new period.

the 5 pillars of recovery
Burn-out comes from a prolonged period of chronic stress which has wreaked havoc on your physical and emotional resources. Basically, you have drained them completely. Your body and mind need time to recharge and your system creates spaces for this by pushing the emergency button: burn-out.
Because the body has been under stress for quite some time, lifestyle guidance through nutrition, exercise, sleep and mindfulness are all vital in your recovery. This is why lifestyle is an important part of the program. We first need to help you body recovery so that there is space for introspection, reflection and personal growth which are important for the future.
